To make the registration process fair and straightforward, spaces on each tour will be allocated through a registration window rather than on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. If the tour is oversubscribed
If more applications are received than there are spaces available during the 24-hour registration period, a lottery will be held to allocate the available places.
3. If the tour does not fill
If there are still spaces available after the initial 24-hour registration period, registration will remain open until the tour is full. Once all spaces have been allocated, a waitlist will be available.
4. Successful applicants will be notified
If you are selected for a place, you will be contacted with instructions on how to confirm your spot.
5. Confirm your place
Successful applicants will have 48 hours to complete the detailed registration form and pay the $400 non-refundable deposit. Your place is only confirmed once both the registration form and deposit have been received.

- A lottery draw will be held using a digital random selection system.
- Successful applicants will be contacted and given 48 hours to complete the full registration form and pay the $400 non-refundable deposit to confirm their place.
- Applicants who are not selected will be placed on a waitlist, in the order determined by the lottery.
- If a place subsequently becomes available, the next person on the waitlist will be contacted.
3. Travelling with a Friend
If you'd like to travel with one friend, there is an option to link your applications:
- You may nominate one friend on your registration form.
- Your friend must also nominate you on their form for the applications to be linked.
- Linked applications will be drawn together — either both applicants are offered a place or both are placed on the waitlist.
- If one of you would be happy to travel solo, please indicate this on your registration form. This would only come into play if your paired application is selected when only one place remains.
- If you are both happy to travel independently, simply submit separate, unlinked applications.
4. Returning Traveller Priority

- Previous WomenGoTravel travellers will receive a slight weighting advantage in the lottery.
- This is intended as a small thank-you to returning travellers, while ensuring that new travellers still have a genuine opportunity to join.
- Previous traveller status will be checked against WomenGoTravel booking records.
